What happens if my LiviPod™ stops working? Is there a warranty?

LiviPod warrants that the LiviPod™ medication dispenser (“Device”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.


What This Warranty Covers


During the warranty period, LiviPod will, at its option:

  • Repair the defective device,

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or

  • Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price.


This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Use inconsistent with provided instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (drops, liquid exposure, etc.)

  • Power surges or use with unsupported accessories

  • Software issues not caused by a hardware defect


Consumable or replaceable components (such as removable accessories or non-electronic parts) are not covered unless otherwise stated.
