LiviPod stores all important information in our secure cloud. If anything happens to your LiviPod hardware, your information is safe.  In the event of power loss, the LiviPod device itself will not operate but your medications can be physically removed for manual access.  If your LiviPod System includes our 10-unit Base Station, access to the the LiviPods will require a key to open the secure cover.

If the location of your LiviPod System is prone to power losses, you can consider obtaining a small, uninterruptible power supply which can provide emergency power to your LiviPod System.
